Domestic Customers:

  • Ship samples on a Monday to Thursday so that they arrive at Applied Gene within Tuesday to Friday by overnight shipment.
  • Ship samples on at least 5 pounds (lbs) of dry ice in a suitable container for standard overnight shipment.
  • Provide Applied Gene with tracking info for your samples to help ensure that they arrive safely and without delays.  Simply email your technical support representative and give them your quote number, courier name, and tracking number or email us with this information at agsupport@appliedgene.com. Ship the samples with a completed Service Order Form including your RNA integrity analysis results and with a copy of your purchase order and quote to:

International Customers:

  • Ship samples on a Monday or a Friday so that they arrive at Applied Gene within Monday - Friday.
  • Ship samples on at least 25 pounds (lbs) of dry ice in a suitable container (use at least enough dry ice to guarantee that the samples arrive frozen – be sure that you fulfill the shipping regulations for dry ice with your courier).  Include an invoice/ packing list which describes the contents as follows:
    • DNA Samples for Research Use Only
    • Reagents for Laboratory Research Use Only
    • Non-Dangerous, Non-Infectious
    • No Commercial Value, Value for Customs Only
    • Assigned value for customs [ie. $1.00 US or 1.00 €]
    • Number of samples
    • Sample volume
    • Type of container
