Applied Gene now provides a service to detect human gene copy number variation with TaqMan real-time PCR method.  Similarly to the other service we provide, we carefully selected our experimental platforms and reagents.  TaqMan Copy Number Variation Assay from Applied Biosystems is our choice because it provides the highest quality of data sets for a copy number detection.  It has more than 1.6 million pre-designed assays that cover wide range of genome targets.  If a TaqMan Copy Number Assay is not available for a target sequence, then we can help to develop and test such assay.
